Affiliate Disclosure

FTC Disclosure Compliance Rules

In 2015, the Federal Trade Commission released their new rules for Disclosure Compliance.

These rules have been put in place to ensure that readers (or viewers) of web content and media are made fully aware when or if the content publisher is sponsored, endorsed, or receiving affiliate commissions from a company. The FTC would like to ensure that the readers and website visitors that content publisher is making money by promoting, endorsing, or sharing a link to a product.

In compliance with the FTC guidelines, please assume the following about links and posts on this website:

Any or all of the links on toy2baby.com are affiliate links for which the website owner receives compensation from sales of certain items.

What is an Affiliate Link?

An affiliate link is a unique link provided to affiliates or secondary websites (content publishers, bloggers, website owners) to promote an online service or product. Once a sale is generated from that unique link, then credit is issued to the affiliate in the form of a sales commission.

In the case of this website, when a website visitor clicks on an affiliate link located on toy2baby.com to purchase an item, the reader buys the item from the seller directly (not from toy2baby.com).

Amazon and/or other companies pay toy2baby.com a small commission or other forms of compensation for promoting Amazon’s website or products through their affiliate program.

toy2baby.com uses two main types of affiliate programs:

links

toy2baby.com is a participant in the Amazon service LLC Associates program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linked to Amazon.com. Additionally, toy2baby.com participates in various other affiliate programs, and we get a commission through a purchase made through our links.

2. Other Product affiliate links

If a visitor clicks on the link and buys a product through the same link, we receive a percentage of the sale or another form of compensation.

Again, price is not increased when you purchased through an affiliate link. A website visitor will not pay more by clicking through to the link. Equally, these links are not “pay per click.”

What about sponsored content?

We want to provide the valuable and authentic post not to write the sponsor post.If a post is sponsored by a company, it will be clearly displayed and disclosed around the post or article.

Your interest and continued support helps our effort.Thank you so much!
